Chantal is introducing Induction 21 Steel Cookware, a full slate of induction-capable stainless steel cookware, including saucepans, fry pans, stock pot and a sauté pan.
Made from strong Japanese steel, the construction and design of the Induction 21 Steel cookware line is designed to provide high quality, according to the company. Each piece has copper melted into the steel, said to effortlessly conduct heat quickly and evenly. Titanium is also added for strength and durability. To ensure healthy cooking, the steel is nickel-free to prevent possible allergic reactions to the metal. The tempered-glass lid makes it easy to monitor cooking and the dripless pouring rim reduces spillage. The Japanese steel is designed for magnetic induction, and the new Chantal stainless steel collection can be used on all cooktops. It is also oven-safe, dishwasher-safe and comes with a limited lifetime warranty.
Fry pans in the new collection, also made from Japanese steel, are available with stainless steel interiors or a ceramic non-stick coating, which is PFOA- and PTFE-free.
