Customer Service, New Products Top South Shore New Year Initiatives

South Shore Furniture will kick off the New Year by exhibiting at the Las Vegas Winter Market from January 26 to 30, the company announced, with a presentation that includes 29 new products as well as top sellers. New products will come in home office, adult, kids and baby bedroom, and media furniture, with introductions including the 4756 Crescendo transitional television stand in Sumptuous Cherry finish.

Company efforts at the show will fall under the theme: “The customer experience: a business priority.” That experience, as a priority for South Shore, is reflected in a number of initiatives, the company emphasized, that fall under customer service, which is available seven days a week, help with assembly by phone, online chat or email, and development of stylish, ingenious furniture designs.

“Our market analyses, our surveys and the feedback gathered by our customer service department help us understand things from the consumer’s point of view, so we can design furniture that meets her needs,” said Sophie Drouin, director of new product development in announcing South Shore’s New Year’s intentions.
