Evriholder Products today announced a new license agreement with Jarritos, a fruit-flavored soda brand. With the agreement, the company will be introducing a bottle-shaped Ice Cube Tray that will be on display at the International Home + Housewares Show in Chicago March 15-18. Jarritos joins Evriholder’s portfolio of brands that include Campbell’s, Crayola, Kellogg’s, Nesquick and more.
“As a leader in impulse Housewares items, we have had tremendous success with our licensed products. Consumers identify with and recognize the power of the brands,” said Heidi Slocumb, vp/marketing. “Evriholder is thrilled to add this partnership to our family. Our design and marketing teams have enjoyed working with the Jarritos licensing team to plan and design our initial products.”
According to the company, Jarritos has an overall 90% brand awareness in the Hispanic community. Identifying as edgy, fun, cross generational, authentic and refreshing, the Jarritos brand is the top niche soda drink in the U.S., the company said. The first new item to be released under the agreement is the Ice Cube Tray designed with eleven individual bottle shaped flexible bottom compartments. The resultant ice cubes are sized to fit into Jarritos soda bottles.
