Organize-It, a retailer for storage and organizational products, purchased specific assets of Internet retailer StacksandStacks.com, including the stacksandstacks.com domain name, along with associated blogs, website code database, and e-mail list, Organize-It announced today.
Stacks and Stacks offered products to organize homes, offices, and gardens since 1984 and in March 2014 ceased all operations. Organize-It launched a “new and improved site” this month for Stacks and Stacks, according to the company.
Organize-It’s GM Chris Nylen said, “We loved the synergies between the two sites and know that stacksandstacks.com had established a loyal following of customers which is hard to do in today’s competitive environment. That is why we made the investment in these assets.”
“We hope that with the redesigned site and the refocused storage and organization product mix, that we will exceed customers’ expectations,” added Nylen.
