Bed Bath and Beyond has launched a new website that features an updated navigation panel, enhanced search options and a refreshed appearance.
The company announced in its 2012 Annual Report that it had made significant progress toward creating an enhanced omni-channel experience for its customers, which culminated in the launch of the new websites for both buybuy Baby and Bed Bath & Beyond concepts in its fiscal 2013 calendar. During 2012, the company also opened a new fulfillment center in Georgia to support its growing online business, the company stated.
The new website features eight top navigation options that each have extensive drop down menus with links organized by category and brand. The new website highlights registries, user accounts as well as personalized content and also features sections for clearance deals, digital catalogs, shopping guides and new items.
