Kitchenware manufacturer Bradshaw International, Inc. is starting off 2013 with a new investment partner and a new look for one of its iconic brands, Good Cook. The company has transitioned from Arbor Investments to Oncap, a new investment partner.
While Bradshaw had experienced tremendous growth over the past four years under its relationship with Arbor, according to the company, the new investment partnership with Oncap will also give it the ability to grow through acquisition in addition to current organic growth.

Bradshaw International/Butler Home products manufactures kitchen gadgets, tools, bakeware and cookware out of their Rancho Cucamonga, CA, location, as well as cleaning products from Butler Home Products in Marlborough, MA, location.
Bradshaw has also updated the look of one of its nationally recognized brands, Good Cook. Starting with the Good Cook logo, the brand has been made bolder and is now prominent on all packaging carrying the brand as Bradshaw seeks to spread brand loyalty at retail. In addition to wide availability in most major supermarket chains, mass market retailers and drugstores across the country, Good Cook has a growing presence in social media via Facebook and Pinterest, the company said.
The new Good Cook branding will formally debut at this year’s International Home + Housewares Show, in Chicago.
