Hoover is undergoing a major rebranding effort, which looks to build on the brand’s heritage while modernizing the way it is perceived in the marketplace. The new campaign, “A New Generation of Clean,” builds upon the brand’s legacy while addressing the needs of today’s active family, the company said.
LG Electronics broke ground on its North American headquarters in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey. The start of construction for the 350,000-square-foot sustainably designed building marks a major milestone for the $300 million project, which has been in the works since 2009.

Black+Decker has expanded its floor care portfolio and entered the robotic vacuum market with its Smartech robotic vacuum line. The new robotic vacuums connect to the brand’s mobile app via Bluetooth, allowing users to control the vacuums from their smartphone.
