Chantal Cookware Corp. showcased its Memory collection at the summer Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market. The new assortment, which features different shades of purple across several categories, was designed to support the Alzheimer’s Association and awareness of the disease.
Incorporating cookware, bakeware, a teapot, and assorted kitchenware and personal accessories, such as mugs and medicine bowls, the program is available to retail stores this month. September is World Alzheimer’s month. The company will donate 5% to 10% of Memory Collection net sales to the Alzheimer’s association.
“The Alzheimer’s Association has been tremendously helpful in my pursuit for information and we are thrilled to join them in the fight against this heartbreaking disease. We hope to generate needed funds for the Alzheimer’s Association and to increase awareness of this disease,” said Chantal CEO Heida Thurlow. “Over 20 million people in the United States are currently touched by Alzheimer’s disease, either as caregivers or as patients; and, the number is growing significantly.”
