CVS Targets Total Home Launch At Everyday Customer Needs

With the promise of premium performance, reliability and quality, CVS/pharmacy has launched Total Home, a newly developed home care product line, at stores and through its website, the company has announced. The new Total Home line includes an array of products that support everyday home activities ranging from cleaning to cooking to organizing.

CVS said Total Home product has undergone rigorous quality testing to provide the retailer’s customers with reliable options at a 15% to 20% discount versus popular national brands. The Total Home rollout features consumable items primarily among the 150 products launching, such as facial and bath tissue, paper towels, trash bags and kitchen and bathroom cleaners, but also includes more durable products in the lighting, electronics accessories and even tabletop segments with, for example, a hot cup consumers can use to take coffee on the go. In that way, CVS demonstrates that Total Home can evolve in different directions and could potentially cover any number of home-related product segments.

“Growing and enhancing our store brand offerings continues to be a priority for CVS/pharmacy,” said George Coleman, vp/merchandising, store brands and quality assurance. “We offer customers the convenience of a one-stop shopping destination to find all their health, beauty and household essentials. We are confident that as customers give Total Home a try, these products will exceed their performance expectations and become a staple in their homes.”

Maintaining a home is a tough job, which is why CVS/pharmacy aims to provide high-quality, dependable products that help families effectively complete everyday household tasks as conveniently and affordably as possible. Whether the day brings spills to clean up, leftovers to store or laundry to take care of, CVS asserts that Total Home offers the products needed to get the job done affordably and efficiently.
