Emile Henry is introducing a new butter dish as well as a new seasonal color in its Modern Classics line of ovenware and bakeware.
The new butter dish, made from burgundy clay, keeps butter cool for longer at the tables, according to the company. The raised base was designed to make it easy to pick the dish up off the counter and the delicate ridge on the cover makes it easy to lift the lid. The groove around the lid collects melting butter. The butter dish carries a suggested retail price of $45.
The company also introduced pumpkin as the new color in the Modern Classics line. The pumpkin color will be available in a 9-inch pie dish, as well as 3-quart and 4.7-quart rectangle bakers. The bakeware will retail at seasonal pricing, according to the company.
