Emile Henry Launches Stoneware Collection At Sur La Table

Emile Henry has launched a new stoneware collection exclusively at Sur La Table. Marking the first new Emile Henry stoneware collection in over 20 years, the Modern Classics Collection by Emile Henry was designed specifically for the American market, Jean-Baptiste Henry, president of the company, told HOMEWORLD BUSINESS®.

Handcrafted in France of Burgundy Clay, the line was designed with built-in handles and has English packaging that includes recipes with U.S. standard measurements. Similar to the company’s signature baking dishes, the Modern Classics collection is oven, dishwasher, freezer, broiler and microwave safe and can go directly from freezer to oven.

The collection includes a 13- by 9- inch rectangular baker, an 11- by 8-inch rectangular baker, an oval baker, square baker, pie dish, ramekin set, butter pot, and a salt pig. The collection comes with a 10-year warranty and is available in five colors: Leaves yellow, Rouge red, Sugar white, Spring green and Twilight blue. Suggested retail prices range from $17.95 for a set of two ramekins to $69.96 for the large rectangular baker.

The Modern Classics collection was shown at the International Home + Housewares Show.
