Epoca has introduced a new Ecolution SOL 16-inch carbon steel Paella pan, designed to offer an ethnic cookware option for a consumer base that is increasingly interested in new cuisine experiences, the company said.
“Our Paella Pan is a specialty item with a unique opportunity for merchandising and sales. Most people like paella, and most don’t have one of these pans. It’s ideal for gifting because it stands on its own regardless of what cookware set the consumer already owns,” said Brian Melzer, evp of Epoca International Inc.
The new pan features the classic wide and shallow shape recommended for paella. Made of heavy-duty gauge carbon steel, it heats quickly and evenly. The new pan also touts a PFOA-free non-stick coating, and riveted steel handles designed to offer a stable grip for carrying from stovetop to table for serving.
The Ecolution SOL pan, which is available in red or black, is dishwasher safe and works on any stovetop, including induction.
With a suggested retail price of $22.99, the Ecolution SOL is available for immediate shipment.
