Professional Housewares, LLC, a newly formed company funded by private equity, has acquired certain assets of small kitchen appliance company, Keystone Manufacturing Co., Inc. Housewares intends to build the Deni brand through world-class design, marketing and sales. Its diverse product assortment will have a strong retail presence. According to the company, their success will be with simple, quality products for the busy home cook.
Housewares is in discussions with Leonard Deni to join the company.

This transaction is the result of the purchase of certain specific assets of Keystone Manufacturing Co., Inc.
