Vincent Leonard has been named senior executive vice president of Groupe SEB in charge of finance. The new appointment will take effect on June 1, 2013, and Leonard will report directly to chairman and CEO Thierry de La Tour d’Artaise.
Leonard will succeed Jean-Pierre Lac, who is retiring as of June 1. Lac held the position for 12 years.
Leonard comes to Groupe SEB from the PepsiCo Group, where, since 1990, he held positions in finance in France, England and Hong Kong, as well as at the group’s headquarters in the U.S., where he most recently was svp/financial planning & analysis and CFO/global procurement.
