Inaugural Homewares Show Awards Recognizes New Innovations

Four housewares/home goods suppliers were honored for innovative new products at the first annual Homewares Show Awards. The Gold award winner was Reynolds Consumer Products for its Reynolds Handi-Vac Vacuum Sealer; Silver went to LightWedge for its USB FlexNeck 2 LED Light; Bronze went to Davom Products for its ProLock Propane Safety Cap; and honorable mention went to Telebrands Corporation for its Ped Egg. Judging for the competition, developed by the National Hardware Show/Homewares Show and HOMEWORLD BUSINESS®, was done by several leading retailers who were previous merchandising excellence honorees at HomeWorld’s Annual Housewares Design Awards.
