Candle Warmers Etc. has promoted Brett Heyland to vp/sales. In his new role, Heyland will direct the company’s in-house sales team in meeting standards of revenue against plan, projection accuracy and gross profit percentage, the company stated. Heyland also will advise on plans for key customers and provide leadership across a range of business activities including strategic planning, target identification and growth market segment initiatives. “Brett has a results-driven track record,” said Candle Warmers Etc. president Chris Barnes. “His attention to detail and energy will be invaluable as we continue to explore opportunities for growth.” Prior to promotion, Heyland negotiated contracts with Amazon.com, BJ’s Wholesale, Hobby Lobby and AAFES totaling $2 million, Candle Warmers noted.
