Leifheit has announced the new 2012-2013 lineup of Dr. Oetker bakeware slated for U.S. distribution. Bakeware under the brand that is destined for the U.S. includes the company’s Tradition collection, Comfort collection and Emaille collection. In Europe, Dr. Oetker has been a known name in bakeware since 1891, according to the company. The Tradition Collection features black springform pans designed for making individual breads and cakes. The Comfort Collection of spring pans feature a non-stick finish on the inside and an aubergine exterior. The Emaille Collection, a heavy steel cookware that is coated with a cobalt blue quartz enamel, is scratch- and cut-resistant, according to the company. Also new to the U.S. from Dr. Oetker via Leifheit are baking stones in rectangular and round configurations and the Dr. Oetker baking scale, which features a slim, space-saving design and has an easy-to-read pullout display and a 22-pound capacity.
