Stars Under the Stars, an entertainment series held at the High Point Market, is offering two nights of fun at the fall furniture show, October 13 to 18. Both of the events will run in Center Stage between the market’s Transportation Terminal and Showplace. On Saturday, October 13, Stars Under the Stars will kick off with Carolina Crafted, an event featuring a tasting menu from six North Carolina breweries and three barbecue craftsmen. On Sunday, October 14, Rick Springfield will bring a unique brand of audience interaction, energy, and songs to the Stars Under the Stars stage, sponsor The High Point Market Authority related. To date, Springfield has sold over 19 million records and scored 17 top-40 hits, the organization added. Doors for the events open at 7 p.m. and the Rick Springfield concert will begin at 7:30 p.m. Food and drinks are provided to all market attendees with a current show pass and photo ID.
