In preparation for the Atlanta International Gift & Home Furnishings Market, slated for January 9-16, 2013, cookware and kitchenware company Calphalon will open its first showroom at AmericasMart, taking a space on the eighth floor of Building 2 WestWing, the gourmet housewares sector of the show. This addition underscores the growth of the overall gourmet and housewares category across retail channels, according to AmericasMart. Cookware and bakeware manufacturer Le Creuset will expand its presence at the market as well, with a new 1,400-square-foot showroom on the eighth floor of Building 2 WestWing. AmericasMart said it is experiencing robust leasing activity by both new and existing exhibitors across categories as the facility readies for the January Market.
