“Give Lenox & Give Back” is a 2012 Holiday campaign that supports four charities: God’s Love We Deliver in New York City, Project Angel Food in Los Angeles, Food & Friends in Washington, DC and Open Hand in Atlanta. Each of the charities will publicize the Lenox-sponsored campaign to their volunteer and support communities, according to the vendor.

Every time a shopper visits a Lenox retailer or goes online at Lenox.com to purchase any of the 10 items included in the program, selected as holiday gift “best bets” by Lenox gifting experts, a portion of the proceeds will go to one of the four charity partner organizations. Retailer purchases can be made in store or online.

The 10 Lenox “best-bets” items selected for inclusion in the campaign are: Lenox Holiday Dinnerware, the 2012 Snow Fantasies Snowflake Ornament, the Gift of Friends Platter, Disney’s Cinderella’s Enchanted Evening Ornament, the Organics Ruffle Crystal Vase, the Words To Live By Sculptures, Jubilee Pearl Toasting Flutes, the Holly Scrollwork Votive, the Recordable Snowman Figurine and the Gold Angel Ornament Set.

“These are attractively priced items that people love from one of America’s most treasured brands. The opportunity to be part of giving to a great charity is something we know Lenox customers will embrace,” said Lester Gribetz, the vendor's president.

Major newspaper advertisements in New York, Washington, DC and Los Angeles will promote the Give Lenox & Give Back campaign as will in-store messaging. Also in support is an extensive email marketing initiative and efforts in all Lenox social media vehicles.

In addition to a Lenox cash donation of up to $80,000, the campaign will provide links to the charities’ websites  from all advertising to provide shoppers with information about the organizations along with the opportunity to make additional donations on their own, according to the company.
