The International Market Centers' inaugural Gift & Home CEO Summit has added Jim Grien, president of TM Capital, to the list of speakers addressing the January 31 to February 1, 2013 event. TM Capital is a middle market investment bank with expertise in the gift and home industry, IMC pointed out. Visitors to the World Market Center Las Vegas event will receive an exclusive, advance copy of TM Capital’s 2013 Gift and Home Accessory Industry Spotlight Report, the summit host stated. On Thursday, January 31, Grien will discuss evolving mergers and acquisitions trends and changes in the competitive landscape as well as why industry valuations have defied broad economic headwinds, IMC noted. He also will address increasing private equity interest in the gift and home décor sector, the long-term case for independent retailers, attractive value realization options for business owners, and the basics of liquidity and capital raising alternatives. "Within the gift and home décor sector, TM Capital has completed the industry's most recognized, transformative transactions for leading family and entrepreneur-owned businesses," said Jim Grien, president of TM Capital. "We look forward to sharing our wealth of information and experience with CEO Summit attendees." Tags: Housewares Home Décor Tabletop Trade Shows |
