Macy's Pairs Parade, Pop-Up Shops Friday November 16th, 2012 - 12:12PM

Macy’s is bringing the store to its Thanksgiving Day parade tradition. Folks gathered the night before to watch the inflation of the giant balloons that are the parade’s most famous attraction now can shop Macy’s products via pop-up shop. Balloon inflation begins at 3 p.m. and continues until 10 p.m. on Wednesday, November 21. To celebrate this Thanksgiving eve, Macy’s announced, the first-ever Macy's Parade pop-up shops will emerge at the school yard of P.S. 334/ The Anderson School, which is located in the neighborhood where the balloons are inflated and the parade gathers. Consumers in New York City can enter via West 76th Street near Columbus Avenue to shop for collectible Macy's Parade merchandise including apparel, toys and unique Parade-themed tablet covers.
