The New York International Gift Fair has announced that seven products have achieved the show's highest Degrees of SustainAbility status. In addition, 30 finalists have qualified as eligible for online balloting in the semi-annual Eco Choice Awards. “Both of these initiatives are extensions of NYIGF’s SustainAbility: design for a better world project, which serves to promote and build awareness of sustainable, earth-friendly gift, home, and lifestyle resources,” said Christian Falkenberg, NYIGF director and vp/GLM, the show operator. “The products that have been designated as exemplary raise the bar and set an example for others in the industry.” The 10 finalists in the Eco-Choice Most Innovative category include: Ameico Inc.
