World Market Center Las Vegas has prepared a social media platform that should keep the Winter Las Vegas Market buzzing with updates on Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest and Instagram, show management maintained. The social media structure in place should help market participants more readily share their at-show experiences and most memorable moments, International Market Centers, the facility and market parent company, stated.
The social media effort includes elements ranging from new products pins to Facebook giveaways to Instagrams of hot trends, IMC noted. Las Vegas Market’s First Look initiative returns this winter with its Ready Your Repin rally for Pinterest Likes and Repins.
IMC will announce which product pin on each of its 2013 boards earns the most Likes and Repins shortly after the show, it said. The most popular products will earn a special showcase presentation at the Summer Las Vegas Market, July 29 to August 2.
