IMUSA has launched its International Collection exclusively at Target stores nationwide this month. The 15-SKU cookware and kitchenware collection, which includes products from IMUSA’s Pan-Asia Gourmet and Latin Gourmet programs, is available in approximately 1,780 Target stores. “Our overall goal is to provide Target with the definitive assortment of hip, upscale and practical internationally themed cookware items,” Manny Gaunaurd, president of IMUSA USA, said. There are nine items in the Latin Gourmet line, ranging from the Evolution Caldero to a granite Molcajete (mortar and pestle). Suggested retail prices range from $4.99 to $39.99. The six-item Asian Gourmet line offers wood-handled woks, chopsticks, bamboo tools and bamboo steamers, as well as a seven-piece Wok Gift Set. MSRPs range from $3.99 to $39.99. “For this International collection, IMUSA leverages our deep knowledge of ethnic markets and ethnic cookware to make it so easy, and so exciting for both retailers and consumers to enjoy the cuisines of our world– at their own dining table,” said Gaunaurd.
