On the morning of March 21, Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores conducted a ribbon cutting at the company’s new location in Slidell, LA, the 800th store in the chain. In addition to Slidell, eight other communities across the United States will see Jo-Ann grand opening celebrations this week including Couer d’Alene, ID, Corbin, KY, Louisville, KY, Muscatine, IA, Red Wing, MN, Saint Louis, Sault Sainte Marie, MI, and Selinsgrove, PA. “Reaching our 800th store is a testament to the hard work of Jo-Ann team members around the country, our customers’ passion for crafting and sewing, and their appreciation of our retail concept as a one-stop creative destination,” said Travis Smith, Jo-Ann president and CEO.
