French cookware supplier, Art & Cuisine, which brought an extensive cookware collection to the U.S. last year, will showcase four new collections in addition to its existing offerings, at this year’s Gourmet Housewares Show segment of the New York International Gift Fair.

The company, which opened a warehouse and distribution center in Los Angeles, is on its second round of the U.S. housewares show circuit to establish the brand, said Stephan Memmi, CEO and president of Art & Cuisine.

As the company expands its cookware selection, it has also set up more established spaces in the shows it is participating in, including a move to its own permanent showroom in Atlanta’s AmericasMart facility. The company has also opened a new Los Angeles showroom, and will reveal a redesigned booth for the Gourmet Housewares Show.

“We know our market in Europe,” Memmi said, noting that the company has been an established brand there for 30 years. “We’re building the U.S. market based on what people like here. What we need now is recognition of our brand.”

Memmi said Art & Cuisine will continue to grow its cookware assortment, introducing new selections each year as it continues to build its U.S. presence. The company is also debuting new packaging designed specifically for the U.S., as well as creating new catalog and print materials, and readying the launch of a new website for the company.
