Among the elements Sauder Woodworking emphasized in developing product introductions for the Fall High Point Market was helping consumers more comfortably accommodate technology in leisure and professional settings. In the professional application, the effort produced Solace seating designed to make sitting in and paying for office chairs more agreeable, the company noted.
Applying customer research, Sauder designed Solace chairs to combine performance and value in a manner readily appreciated by consumers, the company stated. Products incorporate passive ergonomic curves, active seating suspension, adjustable tension tilt, tailored looks, customer base and arm rests, and oversized casters. The four chairs that currently make up the Solace product line come with multiple material options.
Prices ranging from $129 to $199 provide consumers fiscal in addition to physical comfort, Sauder related.
Critically, the product line comes with a turn-key merchandising program that includes display signage so retailers can place a full Solace program on the sales floor with minimum effort and in limited space, if they so choose.
The fall furnishings market continues through tomorrow in High Point, NC.
