Kai USA Rolls Out New Brand-Oriented Website

Kai USA's new website is focused on its cutlery brands.

Kai USA Ltd. has announced the launch of a new website that supports its Kershaw Knives, Zero Tolerance Knives and Shun Cutlery brands. While the brands all come under the Kai USA umbrella, the site is designed with a unique look and feel for each of its brands. The Kai USA landing page makes brand navigation on the site easier, according to the company.

The new site provides more detailed product information, integrates with social media, offers branded blogs, a press section and a dealer resource section for each brand, and enables the visitor to purchase products online.

“We are pleased to be able to offer this advanced website to our customers,” said Jack Igarashi, chief of North American operations, Kai USA Ltd. “The new site will provide an enhanced customer experience, the engagement of social media integration and the convenience of online purchasing.”

Orders are fulfilled through the company's dealer network via Shopatron, an e-commerce and order management solution for branded manufacturers.

Kai USA's new site design enables visitors to view the site on their computer, tablet device, or smartphone easily without degradation of the experience. The site adjusts its look to accommodate the visitor's viewing device.

Kai USA, which soft-launched the new site in November, plans to continually improve site features and content going forward.
