Tervis has announced its latest licensing partnership, with Smithsonian, the world’s largest museum and research complex consisting of 19 museums and galleries, the National Zoological Park and nine global research facilities. The company will launch 15 new designs in four drinkware categories: Zoo, Botanical, Iconic and Air & Space.

Product graphics will include endangered pandas, butterflies, colorful orchids, a patriotic Uncle Sam and the Space Shuttle Discovery. All designs will feature descriptions developed to both inform and inspire consumers, according to the company.

“The Smithsonian instills its work with imagination,” said Tervis licensing director Maureen Mason. "The organization is known for bringing to light new knowledge and ideas. Tervis is so proud to partner with a brand known for innovation. It’s a natural fit for us.”

Retail prices are $15 for a 16-ounce and $19 for a 24-ounce tumbler with a lid.
