Lighting and home accessory manufacturer Pacific Coast Lighting plans to introduce 16 new, easy-to-install wall lamps at the Summer Las Vegas Market, which runs July 29 to August 2. Under the Kathy Ireland Home and other designations, according to the company, the new products incorporate designs that make them easy to place anywhere in the home.
The introductions feature an intuitive two-step installation process, PCL stated. Consumers first mount the fixtures to any wall just like picture frames. Then they can plug into any standard wall outlet. At that point, the fixture is ready to light.
PCL indicated that it plans to offer 16 different design styles in the wall lamp collection. Many of the introductions complement existing popular table and floor lamp styles in the Kathy Ireland Home collection, the company noted.
“Most wall lamps are hardwired, requiring an electrician to run lines in the walls. Because these plug-ins can be installed in a snap, they can be utilized anywhere in the home, as an accent in the entry way, as a bedside or reading chair light, or as a space saver in small spaces like apartments or lofts,” said Clark Linstone, Pacific Coast Lighting president.
