Lifetime Brands Signs Licensing Deal With Debbie Meyer

Lifetime Brands has signed an exclusive licensing agreement with Housewares America, Inc., (The Debbie Meyer Company) to manufacture, market, sell and distribute Debbie Meyer Products worldwide. According to Lifetime, the company will expand distribution for the Debbie Meyer brand throughout its international network.

“As I continue to develop new products across the kitchen and home for my Debbie Meyer brand, I know that a partnership with Lifetime Brands will not only help me continue to increase my distribution, but also to help me apply my proprietary technologies to even more new products and categories,” Debbie Meyer said.

Lifetime Brands and Housewares America will ensure that Debbie Meyer Products’ retail customers have a seamless product supply during the transition, which should be complete by September, according to the company.

Meyer is known for her Debbie Meyer GreenBags, which recently hit the "one billion bags sold" mark. Debbie Meyer GreenBags are made with a proprietary formulation of natural minerals that create a beneficial storage environment to help extend the life and freshness of fruits and vegetables. Meyer’s product collection also includes Debbie Meyer UltraLite GreenBoxes, and, among other notable products, the Debbie Meyer GeniusVac, the Debbie Meyer GeniusRack, and the Debbie Meyer DishwasherPal.
