Boyer Replaces Bowman As Tuesday Morning CFO

Tuesday Morning Corp. has announced it appointed Jeffrey Boyer as executive vp, chief administrative officer and CFO. He replaces Stephanie Bowman who the retailer said is pursuing other professional interests.

Since June 2012, Boyer has serves as executive vp and COO of 24 Hour Fitness Worldwide, where he was previously executive vp and CFO. Prior he was president and CFO of Michaels Stores. He also has executive experience with Kmart Corp. and Sears, Roebuck & Co.

In commenting on Boyer’s hiring Michael Rouleau, Tuesday Morning's CEO, said, "Having worked with Jeff at Michaels, I can attest to his wealth of retail experience and ability to help transform organizations. We're delighted he has joined the team and look forward to benefiting from his expertise and insight."

Tuesday morning also announced that Starlette Johnson and David Green will not stand for re-election to the company's board of directors at the 2013 Annual Meeting of Stockholders.
