The Cookware Company, which manufactures GreenPan cookware, has announced it has entered the bakeware category with Boston Bakeware, a new line that features a ceramic non-stick coating, called Premium Bake.

“Each product in the Boston Bakeware collection is made of heavy gauge steel for even heat distribution, ensuring perfect baking every time,” said Dieter Naessens, evp/sales for the Americas for The Cookware Company. “We’ve reinvented the baking process for the home chef with a series of health and safety features: no use of perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) or silicone polyester coating, large handles for good grip and a reinforced rim for extra stability.”

Constructed of carbon steel for even heat distribution and crispy baking, according to the company, the new non-stick Boston Bakeware assortment encompasses a variety of shapes and sizes, including a 2-lb. rectangular loaf pan; 8- x 8-inch square cake pan; 14- x 10-inch bake and roast pan; 14.5- x 9.8-inch oven tray; 9-inch round cake pan; 10-inch fluted tart/quiche pan; and a 12-cup muffin/cupcake pan.

Sold separately, suggested retail prices for the Boston Bakeware collection range from $14.99 to $39.99.
