Tervis recently welcomed a new external director to its board: James Gregory, founder and CEO of CoreBrand, a global brand strategy and communications firm.
"We're thrilled to welcome Jim to the Tervis Board of Directors," said Pat Redmond, president and CEO at Tervis. "Jim brings a solid background of leadership and experience helping companies identify and optimize the value of their brands. His branding expertise and perspective will be invaluable to Tervis as we enter a new phase in the company's history as a viable and growing national brand."
With nearly 40 years of experience in advertising and branding, Gregory is a frequent speaker on the topic of the financial benefits of communications and brand management. Recent speaking engagements include The Conference Board, the Association of National Advertisers, and the National Investor Relations Institute.
Gregory has written four books on creating value with brands: Marketing Corporate Image, Leveraging the Corporate Brand, Branding Across Borders, and The Best of Branding.
"Tervis is a dynamic and fun brand with excellent opportunities for growth," says Gregory. "I hope to help them to continue to grow the value of the Tervis product brand as well as Tervis the corporate brand."
