To create a more compelling and effective shopping experience for home accessories at High Point Market, facility operator International Market Centers plans to debut the first phase of a re-merchandising strategy for International Home Furnishing Center accessory floors at Fall High Point Market. With the initiative launch, IMC reported notable expansions, relocations and new resources in the IHFC’s accessory vendor mix.
The accessory floors, IHFC floors two, three and four, are changing. In one example, on the second floor of the Design Wing, Global Views is expanding into a new 17,000 square foot showroom and GoHome is opening a new permanent showroom to supplement its location in InterHall, IMC related. PictureSource and Kenroy are new to the third floor this market, and Karastan is expanding its showroom, there, the facility operator pointed out.
Accessories by Sherwood is moving to a new showroom on the fourth floor. It joins Ultimate Accents in a new location, Yosemite in an expanded showroom and the GreenLeaf Art in a fresh space, among others. The fourth floor also will offer a new corridor to provide better access to showrooms.
In another example of accessories company additions, Light and Living will debut this market to provide European designed, on-trend lighting and accent furniture at an affordable pricepoint, IMC stated.
