The staff at Marine Mammal Center in Sausalito, CA, a hospital for sick and injured seals and sea lions, got a helping hand from Casabella— or at least some helping gloves.
The company recently donated 1,000 Water Stop Gloves to the organization to aid volunteers in rehabilitating sick and injured marine mammals, Casabella related. The center nurses ailing animals with the goal of returning the healthy ones to the wild. It rescues and provides medical care to about 500 marine mammals each year.
The donation also allows the center to leave a greener handprint on the environment, as Casabella characterized it, as the gloves donated are reusable.
