Dreamfarm, the Australian-based kitchen gadget design company, has announced that it will be launching two new items on November 5. New for Dreamfarm are the Garject Lite, an update on the company's existing Garject garlic masher, and the Onpot, which rests a pot lid on the edge of a pot so that condensation can drip back in.
The Garject Lite presses unpeeled garlic, scrapes itself clean and ejects the peel, just as the Garject does, the company said, and can press multiple cloves at once. However, the new Lite version of Garject weighs in at about a half a pound lighter and is available in eight colors. Garject Lite is top-rack dishwasher safe.
Onpot is designed to rest the lid of a pot at an angle so that condensation and food splatter drip back into the pot, the company said. It stays stuck to the pot lid for use when needed and is heat-resistant up to 340°F. The Onpot is top-rack dishwasher safe and suitable for up to 10-inch pot lids and will be available in 12 colors.
