More than 30 showrooms based at Forty One Madison will be greeting buyers and retailers during the upcoming winter edition of the New York Gift Show, February 1 to 7 2014.

One of the easiest ways to know which showrooms are open and plan for visits at the show is to download the 41 App, advised Laurie Burns, svp/director Forty One Madison. The application, which launched in September 2013, is free and available in native version for Apple, Android and BlackBerry 10, plus in mobile web version for all other device models.

Forty One Madison will provide complimentary luxury bus service to and from the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center, where the NY Now show will be held. The shuttle will be available beginning Monday, February 3 through Wednesday, February 5, from  9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

During the show, several of the building’s exhibiting showrooms will be featured in a lobby display previewing their “best of show” designs. Additionally, the Wi-Fi-ready Buyers Lounge on Level A will be accessible.

Forty One Madison also is joining with NY Now producer GLM and 230 Fifth Avenue to offer attendees a cultural diversion, with free admission and a 20% shopping discount (on full priced items) at the Museum of Arts and Design at Columbus Circle. The offer is good from Friday, January 31 to Thursday, February 6, by presenting a winter 2014 badge. On exhibit will be two critically acclaimed shows: Body & Soul: New International Ceramics and Out of Hand: Materializing the Postdigital.
