Powell Brings Andrews Aboard To Boost Bombay Development

Today, L. Powell Acquisition Corp. announced that Nadine Andrews has joined the organization to further develop the company’s growing portfolio of Bombay licensed furniture and accessories. As she moves to Powell, Andrews brings with her product development experience from Vanguard, Broyhill, Schnadig and Lexington Furniture, her new employer related.

In her career, Andrews has had responsibilities including trend forecasting, marketing, sourcing, and product development, Powell noted.

Jeff Wallner, president of Powell’s Furniture Division, said in announcing Andrews’ appointment, “Nadine’s wealth of experience and industry knowledge has already made her a key addition to the Powell Co. family. We view her appointment as a sign of our commitment to being the industry leader in innovative style, quality, and exceptional service. Andrews stated, “I am excited to start a new challenge within the Powell Co., and I look forward to working with the team to further develop their already extensive Bombay product line.”

Culver City, California-based Powell Co. designs, imports and distributes youth, occasional, dining and accent furniture across style categories for retailers around the world. Powell has been expanding its capabilities as a full-service home furnishings provider through its Bombay Collection, Powell Kids, Powell Ltd., Powell Beds and Powell Furniture divisions, the company pointed out.
