Rabbit Air's BioGS 2.0 Air Purifier

Rabbit Air has received a 2014 Red Dot Award in the product design category for its BioGS 2.0 air purifier. This is the second honor for the company's newest product, which recently received a Good Design Award from The Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.

This year, a panel of 40 international experts reviewed more than 4,800 entries from 53 countries to select designs that stood out for their quality and innovative strength in the Red Dot Award competition. The BioGS 2.0 will be presented among other award-winning products in a special exhibition at the Red Dot Design Museum in Essen, Germany, from July 8 to August 3.

The BioGS 2.0 air purifier features four purification stages that target specific contaminants to optimize overall efficiency and prolong filter life. At the lowest speed, the air purifier's operation is nearly inaudible, and the smart user interface disappears when it is not in use to reduce light pollution and save energy, according to the company.
