Cost Plus World Market Opens First Store In Northeast

Cost Plus World Market, acquired by Bed Bath & Beyond in 2012, has opened its first store in the Northeast region of the United States. Located at 530 West Mt. Pleasant Avenue, Livingston, NJ, the new store will have all the merchandise for which World Market is known, including home furnishings, home décor, fashion accessories and gourmet food and beverage items from around the world.

“This is an exciting time for Cost Plus World Market. Customers have been asking for years when we will be opening our stores in the Northeast. We are pleased to accommodate their shopping needs with our first store in Livingston, NJ,” said Barry Feld, CEO of Cost Plus World Market. 

A ribbon cutting ceremony will take place on July 10 at 9:00 a.m. to mark the official opening of the store. Cost Plus World Market operates 269 stores in 32 states under the World Market and Cost Plus World Market trademarks.
