Visitors to the LumiSource showroom at the Las Vegas World Market Center are in for something new, the company reported. They will see a redesigned exhibition space housing more original product designs at the Summer Las Vegas Market beginning July 26.
The new designs emerge from the expansion of the company’s in-house design program, the company stated. LumiSource updated the showroom, in large measure, to better represent the unique products the company is producing.
The company is venturing into new product categories as well as pursuing additional opportunities within existing segments, LumiSource maintained, and show attendees can expect to see the debut of its new pendant lighting line and an expanded dining line. They also will see an expanded and more complete collection of two favorite furniture groups, the Tintori Collection, consisting of barstools and a dining set, and the Flight Collection, consisting of a console table, bar stools and chair.
LumiSource will display products in the showroom to emphasize their positioning as lifestyle items and suggest how they might be merchandised to best to attract targeted consumers. The displays also will demonstrate how the company is executing against its trendcasting research particularly in the styling of its Vintage Mod furnishings, its Vintage Flair Chairs and its Oregon Dining Set.
LumiSource noted that it even plans to include items that it isn’t bringing to Las Vegas in the showroom. Interactivity is part of its plan, and sales associates can bring up any items that are of buyer interest via iPad and screen displays.
