Meyer Corp. has expanded its retail reach for Rachael Ray kitchenware, with recent placement in Walmart stores and on Walmart.com. The comprehensive Rachael Ray assortment includes cookware, bakeware, kitchen tools, serveware and tabletop products.
The Rachael Ray line, which debuted at Walmart in March 2013, has been well received at the national retailer, said Rosa Ziebell, vp/marketing for Meyer.
Ziebell continued that Meyer has engaged Walmart’s mommy blogger network— the Walmart Moms, who periodically review products found at Walmart— to promote the brand debut.
Rachael Ray kitchenware at Walmart comes in Ray’s signature orange, as well as red, green, blue, yellow and purple on the website.
Rachael Ray cookware products on walmart.com feature a 10-piece non-stick cookware set for $139.96 as well as open-stock cookware ranging in price from $19.96 for an 8.5-inch frypan to $79.96 for an 8-quart porcelain enamel non-stick pasta pot. Ray’s stoneware baking and serving pieces are also available on the site, with such pieces as a 9- x 13-inch lasagna pan for $49.96 or a 12-count stoneware egg-serving tray for $16.96. Kitchen tools include a five-piece set for $34.96, as well as a two-piece lazy spoon and ladle set, which feature slots for resting on pots during cooking, for $21.96.
