Although candles in the line and some other products already were introduced, Midwest-CBK took the occasion of the Total Home & Gift Market in Dallas last week to preview an expanded product assortment that constitutes the full Everybody’s Ayurveda product line. Now, the line adds 125 items ranging from candles to furniture.
The collection includes four groups, Soyveda Elements Ayurvedic candles and accessories, Soyveda Body Care, Teaveda Organic Teas and Soulveda Home Décor.
After the company’s initial launch of the Soyveda candle collection during the January 2012 markets won acceptance, Midwest-CBK determined to blow it out in full collection form during summer markets in Dallas, Atlanta and Las Vegas, the company stated. The collection is grounded in an ancient Indian system of holistic medicine called Ayurveda, a word that translates as the wisdom to live a healthy life. It promotes living in harmony with the environment and choosing natural products, free from chemical solvents and impurities.
So, each Everybody’s Ayurveda product is designed so it can be repurposed to help reduce post-consumer waste. When used, for example, candle jars can be flipped and, taking advantage as a built-in divot, used as candleholders. The candles consist of natural soy wax and even the body lotions in the collection incorporate organic ingredients.
While influenced by Asian thought and design, Midwest-CBK styled the Everybody’s Ayurveda product line to fit in a wide range of home environments by using color, material and accents that work with current trends, including soft rust and blue colorations, distressed wood, and artisan embellishments in the line’s Soulveda furniture and décor items.
