PackIt has created a marketing and public relations program designed to help increase sales and brand awareness during back-to-school season.
The overall marketing theme focuses on the idea of “PackIt Possibilities.” According to the company, its goal is to target health conscious, working moms by tapping into three areas: social media, influencers/bloggers and traditional media. The influencer campaign celebrates back-to-school firsts, tapping into the emotional moments parents and/or kids have on the first day of school, such as making new friends during lunchtime and trading lunches. As part of this marketing effort, the company has just released a promotional video that will be shared on its website, social channels and YouTube.
In addition, PackIt will host a giveaway sweepstakes on its social media channels.
“Our goal was to showcase how PackIt makes life more delightful with simple and easy lunch options,” said Belinda Wilson, marketing manager, PackIt. “We’re taking a multi-pronged approach with our marketing campaign and hope to engage a wide audience as the busy back to school season draws near.”
