Revol has introduced its Revolution cocottes in a new color, Red Magma, for fall. Revolution, introduced in 2010, is the first cooking vessel of its kind made compatible with all types of cooking surfaces, including induction and microwave, according to the company.
The natural ceramic surface of Revolution is non-porous and will not absorb grease, odor or bacteria, the company said. The cooking vessels come in seven sizes and round or oval shapes. The base of the cocotte is white and complemented by colorful lids, the most recent of which is Red Magma. Revolution cocottes can be refrigerated and are dishwasher-safe.
