Although it does not attend the High Point furnishings market, South Shore nonetheless has introduced new products during the event’s timeframe. Key introductions are a television stand and a shelving unit.
A new TV stand that represents the City Life II collection in a Grey Oak finish stands 57 inches wide, 24 inches tall and 19 inches deep. The product also is available in a Black Oak finish, offers a combination of open and closed storage spaces that allow easy access to electronic devices, and discreet storage for a tidy room appearance, the company pointed out.
South Shore also is introducing a new shelving unit under the Reveal collection heading in a Chocolate finish and in two different formats.
South Shore designed the unit to function vertically or horizontally. The vertical orientation is 38 inches wide, 61 inches tall and 14 inches deep. It can stand flat against the wall like a bookshelf or perpendicular to the wall to act as a room divider. Consumers can combine more than one and place them side by side for additional storage uses. Its compartments vary in size, and four of 12 styles have closed backs to maximize storage flexibility.
