West Elm Market has debuted tri-ply copper cookware, created exclusively for the retailer by British designer Aaron Probyn. The new cookware is currently available in the Brooklyn, NY, West Elm Market as well as on the West Elm website, according to Kevin Tilton, West Elm Market dmm. The new cookware collection will be available in other West Elm Market locations across the country in December, he added.
The tri-ply copper cookware is available in set configurations as well as open-stock, with suggested retail prices ranging from $99 for a 2-quart saucepan to $499 for an 8-piece cookware set. The new cookware touts a copper-finished exterior and stainless steel interior with an aluminum layer between the two as well as an induction base. Rubber coated handles are said to keep handles cool during cooking.
