Zwilling J.A. Henckels has introduced a three-piece knife set with Christopher Kimball, founder of Milk Street Kitchen.
The set includes a 7-inch cook’s knife, 5.5-inch serrated prep knife and 4-inch paring knife. The 7-inch cook’s knife is an all-purpose knife that has a scalloped heel, a teardrop tip for slicing, and a deeper blade for safety, slicing, and crushing foods such as garlic and ginger.
The 5.5-inch serrated prep knife is based on the design of the cook’s knife, and is designed to handle almost any job in the kitchen, the company said. The 4-inch paring knife is designed for small to medium tasks.
The three-piece knife set is currently available at Sur la Table and has a suggested retail price of $211.
